It was a wonderful stay! We received a warm welcome upon arrival from all the reception staff, especially Mr. Nasser, throughout our stay. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to our requests — I’d like to mention Sherif, Van, and others whose names I didn’t catch. The atmosphere was very calm at all times despite the hotel being busy. God willing, we’ll return to the Bride of the North, and our first choice will definitely be Rkaya Hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night — I wish it had been longer! Mashallah, the hotel is excellent and clean, and the staff’s professionalism is outstanding. During different shifts, I met several employees, all of whom were welcoming and always asked if I needed anything. Everyone was extremely respectful and professional. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and courteous. A very beautiful and quiet hotel — almost 90% of the services are conveniently nearby. The staff are wonderful and helpful, and special thanks to the receptionist, Abdulrahman Al-Shammari, for being extremely cooperative and courteous.
The hotel is very beautiful and truly clean; everything in it is new. The price is reasonable, parking is available right in front of the hotel entrance, it’s close to all services, and has a nice view. May God bless the owner.
